WHAT IS YOUR CURRENT TURN AROUND TIME?

Turnaround time refers to the amount of time it takes for us to create and prepare your handmade items for shipping after you place your order. Since all our products are crafted with care and attention to detail, this process ensures the high-quality results you and your customers deserve. Our current turnaround time is 10-12 business days. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. We strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our commitment to quality items. 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Unfortunately I do no currently offer international shipping. If you feel as though this is something you would like, please reach out to me so we can figure this out.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When orders are shipped out you will receive an email update to the email address that you used when placing your order. This email will contain all shipping information. If you have any issues please reach out with your order number and I can personally assist you!

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

All Sales Final
   All sales—both custom and non-custom—are final unless there is a mistake on our part. If we’ve made an error with your order, such as incorrect customization or a mistake in the product, we will happily remake or refund the item based on your preference. Just contact us within 15 days of receiving your item, providing photo proof of the issue, and we’ll handle the rest. There’s no need to return the item.

Damaged in Transit
   For items damaged during shipping, we recommend filing a claim with USPS. While we’re not responsible for damage caused by shipping carriers, we are happy to assist you through the claims process.

There is a contact us page that can be accessed both by the main menu at the top of the page, as well as through the navigation menu at the bottom of the page. You can also feel free to find us on facebook and reach out there as well, if that is more convenient for you.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

All major cards are accepted by Shopify. We also accept paypal, and venmo. Instructions for both can be found at check out!
